Nurses were great very helpful and kind. But doctors were hard to reach. They were nice but never got back to me obkt after 12 hours. Then a day after. They said they were do a lot of thing about never followed up and had to constantly ask when doctor could see us.
Felt I was given information about what they were going to do quickly and answered my questions
All the staff at king georges give great care to the patients and treats you as a individual with care and compassion
It’s hard that staff come and go between you and other patients, without always explaining what they are doing and/or how long you will need to wait to be told further information.
Sometimes knowledge was assumed and so explanations were not always completely clear.
When leaving, I wasn’t given much guidance on how I should be going forwards. So, given that I’d broken my nose, was I able to exercise, blow my nose etc.
The doctors were amazing. Dr Ayo and the other consultants were amazing.
Nurse Trudie was good but The other nurses and doctors did not introduce themselves or their roles and communication was poor and lacking and actually we waited a long time for anyone to attend to the patient.
Also the scrub colours did not designate any role or position and that causes confusion
Took far too long just to be told in 60 Seconds that there was nothing wrong.
Nurses and staff were all very good
Extremely poor service! I was in agony and was made to wait 4 hour before finally being given medication!! Eventually I was told it’s going to be 10-12 hours wait before a doc can see me.
We waited for a long time - from 2000 hrs. up to the 0800 hrs. - but had results - an MRI was done then we were discharged after 1300 hrs. It was a long journey but we had been looked after very well. We noticed there were lack of doctors hence the longer wait to see patients. The service is good but might benefit more if there were more doctors or practitioners who can see patients to shorten the waiting time for patients to be seen.
